Born on 04/01/56 in Léopoldville, degree in Romance Philology at UCL, film, radio and television directing at INSAS, founder of Les Films du Scarabée, producer, screenwriter and film director, teacher at INSAS, ISV and ULiège, tightrope walker, fly fisherman, dissident agnostic, author of essays on literature and cinema, member of the zutistes club.

These films have received, over the years, numerous awards at international festivals. They were also collectively honoured with a Vercingétorix d'honneur at the Clermont-Ferrand festival (2020) and a Golden Eagle at the Aguilar de Campoo festival (2025)
